The AICСMP took part in a joint meeting of the CCI of the Russian Federation and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

An important meeting for the industry dedicated to improving the system of regulation of the circulation of medical devices, their registration and state control in modern conditions was held at the site of "Technopolis Moscow" SEZ. Organized by the Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on Entrepreneurship in Healthcare and the Medical Industry and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Commission on Pharmaceutical and Medical Industry, the joint meeting became an open dialogue with representatives of Roszdravnadzor.

The participants discussed issues of improving industry regulation, supporting Russian manufacturers and strengthening the country's technological sovereignty.

The event included an introduction to the production sites.:

• JSC "NPO SCANNER", "production of ultrasound diagnostic equipment.
• LLC "Medplant", the manufacture of medical devices for the provision of emergency care.
• JSC "TZMOI", production of sterilizers and disinfecting washing machines.

Participation in such a dialogue is important from the point of view of forming clear and uniform rules for the circulation of medical devices, developing domestic production and protecting the market from unregistered and unsafe products.

Technological sovereignty begins with strong production, professional expertise, and a functioning control system.
