The second day of the Summer Congress "Plastic, Reconstructive Surgery and Cosmetology" became no less intense and fruitful than the first.
One of the important events was a meeting of the working group on the development of the production of medicines and medical devices in Russia for the provision of medical care and diagnostics in the field of plastic surgery, chaired by Natalia Evgenievna Manturova and Dmitry Sergeevich Galkin.
The meeting's agenda was extensive
– On the results of the implementation of the decisions taken in 2024 during the open meeting of the working group
– About interdisciplinary issues;
– Support measures and current needs of manufacturers and developers;
– Directions for the development of the production of domestic medicines and medical devices for the provision of medical care and diagnostics in the field of plastic surgery for the near future.
It is impossible to imagine such a meeting without discussing the problems of substandard cosmetic products. Several speakers addressed these issues.
Within the framework of the working group, the activities of the AICMP were presented by Manturova N.E. and Galkin D.S. and aroused interest in further cooperation on issues of substandard medical devices, substandard and often dangerous services by unqualified persons and a number of related problems.
