Having addressed the problem of counterfeiting on the territory of the Russian Federation, a member of the Association, a distributor of Korean-made products, received comprehensive support as soon as possible and the perpetrators were punished according to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The activities of the Association aroused the keen interest of the participants of the event.
As you know, cosmetic procedures using fillers are often performed at home or beauty salons without a license for medical activity and using counterfeit, unregistered medical products in Russia.
The key objectives of the session were identified as the development of a strategy to combat the "gray" market of medical devices, improvement of the regulatory framework in terms of ensuring control over the circulation of medical devices, and the preparation of a unified industry position aimed at systematically countering the "gray" market.
