During the AIKKMP meeting “Combating the Grey Market of Medical Devices. From Words to Action” held in December, it became clear that market participants in the cosmetology and aesthetic medicine sector are not yet prepared for the mandatory implementation of the national state labeling system Chestny ZNAK.
The industry faces a large number of questions related to this new challenge:
how to implement the system,
where the labeling should be applied,
to whom the data must be transferred,
and which authorities to contact.
We consistently and promptly respond to the requests of Association members and to the key challenges facing the industry.
Please note that from June 1, mandatory labeling will apply to:
✅ dermal fillers
✅ cosmetic threads
✅ syringes
✅ medical wipes
✅ medical masks
