Forum “Aesthetic Medicine of the Future. Trends 2026”

Experts of AICCMP analyzed an important topic during the session “Regulatory and Legal Policy in Clinic Management,” which generated a strong response among owners and managers of medical clinics.

Dmitry Zinin, a board member, delivered a report titled “Effective Tools for Protecting the Interests of a Clinic in Disputes with Patients in 2026.” The expert provided a detailed analysis of current practices and presented action algorithms in the event of patient claims. Particular attention was paid to pre-trial dispute resolution and the documentary security of clinics under conditions of increasing industry regulation.

Quality Control of Medical Devices: New Opportunities

Evgenia Zinovieva, Chairperson, in her presentation “New Opportunities for Monitoring the Use of Substandard Medical Devices in the Aesthetic Field,” focused on the risks associated with the use of falsified products. The speaker presented practical recommendations for building an internal control system that minimizes reputational and financial losses.
